However, the complimentary newspapers were outdated, and the 24-hour front desk was understaffed during peak times. the hotel's location near downtown Harrisburg and Fort Indiantown Gap was beneficial for business meetings. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, aiding in remote work, though the lack of express check-out was a minor inconvenience. the hotel's flat-screen TV provided some entertainment after a long day. the lift and wheelchair access were appreciated for easy mobility. the hotel's no smoking policy was a plus for fresh, clean air throughout. In conclusion, while the Baymont offered essential amenities for business travelers, improvements in staffing and modernization could enhance the overall experience for future corporate retreats.
